Contributions

Temple Israel, like many other non-profit organizations, exists because of the generosity and thoughtfullness of its members and friends. 
Without your financial support, it would be difficult for us to achieve our goals. 

If you wish to make a donation, we would like you to know that there are several funds to which you can contribute. 
Contributions will be added to your Temple Israel account, and therefore your billing information will not be necessary online.

General Fund
The purpose of the Temple fund is to help offset operating costs. We rely heavily on contributions which help us meet the expenses which we incur in our day-to-day operations.

Yahrzeit Fund
The purpose of this offering is to commemorate the anniversary of a loved one's passing

Flower Fund
The purpose of this fund is to allow us to purchase flowers for the Bimah during the High Holy Days.

Library Fund
The purpose of this fund is to purchase books and audio-visual equipment.

Music and Choir Fund
The purpose of this fund is to provide for the needs of the choir and present musical programs as designated by the Cantor.

Cantor's Discretionary Fund
The purpose of this fund is to allow Cantor Hickman to respond to urgent needs and to provide Tzedakah to worthwhile causes.

Prayerbook Fund
The purpose of this fund is to allow us to purchase Prayerbooks for Shabbat and Festival Services.
$            (Minimum Contribution..$36.00 or $72.00 for large print)

Building Fund
The purpose of this fund is to allow us to maintain our building and grounds.

Caring Committee
The purpose of this fund is to allow the Caring Committee to perform the mitzvah’s of visiting the ill and helping those who are grieving.

Tree of Life Fund
The purpose of this fund is to celebrate life cycle events.

Memorial Plaques Fund
The purpose of this fund is to memorialize our loved ones with an annual recognition on Yom Kippur and The Yahrzeit Anniversary.
